[216] RAD-PAKŪ Shielding Distributions


Produce shielding distributions for RAD-PAKŪ microelectronics packaging inside a spacecraft and box. These distributions may be used in all other Space Radiation modeling including total dose and SEU.

This module simulates the shielding effectiveness of RAD-PAKŪ microelectronics packaging.

RAD-PAKŪ is a proprietary technology that integrates radiation shielding into chip packaging. It provides significant radiation protection at a cost intermediate between commercial and rad-hard parts.
