Hardware Key Installation on all Systems (Version 6.0)

Applicability

This note explains how to install the hardware key and driver for Space Radiation Version 6.0 on all Windows systems.

Introduction

The hardware key on Space Radiation 6.0 requires a driver for all operating system versions. The driver is included with Space Radiation in a file called Sentinel System Driver Installer 7.5.1.exe, the latest version available at this time. You may wish to check for an updated version of the driver at safenet-inc.com before proceeding.

Installation Steps

1. Remove any existing Sentinel/Rainbow driver from your computer.
2. Run Sentinel System Driver Installer 7.5.1.exe. Make sure the hardware key is not attached to your computer. You may need administrator privileges to install the driver.
3. Reboot your computer.
4. Install Space Radiation by running setup.exe.
5. Attach the hardware key by plugging it into your computer's USB port.
