We specialize in nuclear and space radiation effects in aircraft and spacecraft electronic systems and modeling the natural radiation environment. Space Radiation models the ionizing radiation environment in space and the atmosphere including trapped protons and electrons, solar protons, galactic cosmic radiation, and neutrons. The environments may be integrated along any orbit or trajectory. Radiation effects include single-event upsets, total ionizing dose, solar cell damage, and single-event latchup.
